Before you start
What does it cost?
₹199 a month, and that is the whole price list — every feature is included. It comes with ₹100 of AI credits each month, and you can top up from ₹50 whenever you need more. Setting your shop up costs nothing: you build your page first and only pay when you are ready to go live.
What are AI credits, and what happens when they run out?
Credits pay for the AI work — asking BizPal questions, voice, reading your documents. They are 1:1 with rupees, arrive with each month of your plan, and unused ones stay usable for 180 days from the month they arrived. If they run out, the AI features pause. Your page stays live, customers can still find you and message you on WhatsApp, and you can top up from ₹50.
Do I have to pay before I see it work?
No. Setting up is free — you chat with BizPal in your language, it builds your page and your catalogue, and you see the result. You pay ₹199 only when you want to go live and start using the AI day to day. There is no free trial period to keep track of, and nothing expires while you are setting up.
If I stop paying, does my page disappear?
Not straight away. You get a 15-day grace window where the page stays live. After that it comes down and drops out of discovery — but your link is held for you, not given away. It is never reassigned to another business, even much later.
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Your page is an ordinary web link that opens in any browser, and the WhatsApp button opens their normal WhatsApp. Only you need the app.
Which languages does it work in?
English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi and Gujarati — by voice, text, photo or document. You can mix languages mid-sentence, and BizPal answers in the one you used.
Who can see my business data?
Only you. What you publish on your page is public by design; everything else — your records, documents and questions — stays private to your business. We do not sell it or use it to advertise to you. See our Privacy Policy for how it is processed and stored.
Can I get my data out, or delete it?
Yes. Email support@neuralorbs.com and we will send you a copy of your business data, or delete your account and its data. A self-serve button for both is on the way.
